Depression: A Miracle

Depression, why does this occur especially in a teen?, Isn’t it bad for mental health? we always take depressions as a dark side but, there will be a bright side also. This question will arise when you will be collapsing into your world. Depression is a common and serious medical illness that negatively affects how you feel, the way you think, and how you act. Fortunately, it is also treatable. Depression causes feelings of sadness and/or a loss of interest in activities once enjoyed. It can lead to a variety of emotional and physical problems and can decrease a person’s ability to function at work and home. There are various types of depression but the dominants are.

‘Major depression’, ‘Persistent or dysthymia depression’ and ‘Manic or Bipolar depression’, these are the extended types which are mainly found around the globe.

The depressing thoughts which we get in intellect are conceived by us only, primarily epitomes are in the surround which you live in, the song which you prefer listening, being in your solitude, being in deep thoughts, lead you to be more depressed all the time. And you prefer being alone all the time. If we keep the depression apart from mental illness so it can alter your body system too, it can make an alteration to your immune system, as you waste most of your energy in being depressed so chances of day fatigue are constant and if we keep this small thing apart so there are chances of a heart attack in minor cases and bounteous times depression leads to suicidal attempts.

Some of you start to be reticent, loving your association, even being with family you were drowning in your thoughts, always talking in hint statement, listening to slow and sad song, always be in deep thoughts and you don’t understand at all what’s wrong with you, It’s depression, ‘you drowning’. At this time you should try to be happier. You should do things which make you happy. Apart from negativity from depression, there is some positivity also, which makes you an ecstatic person.

The most essential you aren’t afraid of your demise, all you want is to live your life wider, then comes the next by which I’m also suffering, you write more precisely and rooted. You become more compassionate towards others, you become more conducive. You stop reasoning about the stuff “what other’s will think? “, the thing which matters to you is what you feel to do is appropriate. And the most interesting thing is you start looking for strangers to talk, you feel cozier while talking to them as compared to your near ones, this isn’t that good but you get a chance to delve into the people out there and explore the world. Everything in the cheerful world has two sides all you want is the perfect aspect to see it.

Life is more happily ever after than we thought like, so go out and delve into the things which you wanted to. And all the colloquy up there is my own experience. None of the above is surfed for me by an engine, all are my wisdom, I thought it may help you in any way, as I say always everything in the world have two potential invariably try to reveal the side which you admire.

Be the part of people who see Depression, A Miracle.
